What Sets Our Boarding Apart?
Many boarding centers leave their canine guests in crates for most of their stay with little time for fun. Dogtopia of Manassas realizes that dogs are social animals; that’s why your dog will enjoy a full day of play with our daycare dogs and get plenty of exercise, potty breaks and affection.
Reports cards are given at the end of each stay to let the doggy parent know how their pup behaved.
We know how important a sense of familiarity can be if your pup is away from home, especially if it’s for the first time. We board our four-legged guests in the playrooms they’ve spent time in during the day, instead of moving them to an unfamiliar environment at bedtime. To combat any homesickness your dog may feel, you can bring a favorite blanket or bedding from home, or we can provide bedding as well. We also recommend bringing your dog’s own food, but if you prefer to use our in-house food, we will supply premium NutriSource food at no additional cost.
We will administer any medication your dog has at no additional charge. If your dog has any special dietary needs, we will be more than happy to accommodate this. Our facility comes equipped with a refrigerator and microwave.

As a dog parent, you may feel apprehensive about leaving your pup. Check in on your dog throughout the day using our high definition webcams, accessible for free via our website or by downloading the Dogtopia app on either iOS or Android devices.
Pamper Your Pup
If you want to spoil your dog, we also offer spa services as part of our overnight, weekend and extended boarding packages. We offer a full range of spa services including baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and grooming. Our groomer, Weslee LaPolla, has 10 years of experience and have won awards for her outstanding service. You can schedule your dog’s spa services at boarding drop off, while grooming services need to be booked in advance.

Here’s how a typical weekday goes at Dogtopia:
- 5:30am – 6am: First potty break
- 6am-7am: Breakfast time in individual crates
- 7am-12pm: Open play
- 12pm-2pm: Naptime and Lunch in individual crates
- 2pm-7pm: Open play
- 7pm-9 pm: Dinner and rest
- 9pm-10 pm: Potty break
- 10pm: Tucked in for the night
(The schedule may vary on Saturday and Sunday.)
Finding the Right Package
We offer dog boarding and spa services at prices designed to fit any budget. We’ll take the time to help you determine which of our services will best suit your dog’s needs as well as your own. We recommend reserving a spot in advance as space for our overnight boarding is limited.
Before you leave your dog with us for overnight or longer, we require that you bring them to our facility beforehand so they can meet our team, who will be able to determine if your pup is the right fit for our open play environment. To ensure the health and safety of all of our guests, dogs that stay with us must have up to date vaccinations and be free of fleas, ticks and contagious diseases. Please don’t forget any medication your dog may have as well!
How to Find Us
You can see our location from Interstate 66. We are conveniently located just a half mile east of Business 234 and Sudley Road on Balls Ford Road. Our facility is south of Interstate 66, take Exit 47. We are also close to the Holiday Inn and the bowling alley on Balls Ford Road.
