Dogtopia is the leading destination for dog daycare, boarding and spa services. Our mission is to make sure your four-legged family members are kept safe and have a fun time when they are at our modern, open-play facility.
We understand that your dog is a member of the family. You want to provide your dog with safe socialization so that they meet and play with like-minded friends, exercise to keep them healthy and extend their lives and education to help ensure they are well-behaved both at home and when you take them out in public. Dogtopia’s daycare is designed with these needs in mind. Your dog’s safety is our top priority; that’s why our team’s training is certified by two nationally recognized associations in canine behavior. Our play rooms are supervised by these certified Canine Coaches, and your dog will be in a playroom where he or she is surrounded by dogs of similar size, temperament and play style as well as those who are fully vaccinated and have passed our Dogtopia evaluation. Your dog will be in very capable hands during their time with us!

Lucy and Bao
Age: 7 months ; 5 years 2 months
Breed: Australian Labradoodle and American Labradoodle
Favorite Activities: Lucy loves bouncing around (and onto the couch), chewing her stuffed animals, and playing with her big sister Bao! Bao loves getting face rubs, playing fetch, and squeezing into her parents' laps for cuddles. At daycare, she loves to perch on the flat play structure and watch the fun unfold!
Friends: Jasper, Levi, Murphy F., Snoopy, and Maisie Q.
Most Lovable Qualities: Bao is incredibly calm and affectionate toward people. She also a super goofy side that comes out especially when playing with her sister, Lucy. Lucy is fun, energetic, smart, and so respectful of her big sister. Her parents love that she wakes them up with kisses every morning!

Dogtopia of Davis is an award-winning dog daycare and overnight pet hotel in Yolo County. Our facility comes with spacious, supervised playrooms in which dogs are placed according to their size, temperament and play style to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your beloved pet.
We offer an off-leash, open-play environment, allowing your pup total freedom. We provide dog parents with half-day or full-day daycare. If your pup needs a spa day, we also offer spa services as a part of our daycare and boarding packages. When you pick up your dog at the end of the day, you’ll pick up a perfectly happy and played out pup.

STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY
We’ve taken every precaution when it comes to the design of our facility. All of our spacious indoor playrooms use climate-controlled HVAC systems to keep your pup the perfect temperature during play time and nap time, and to help keep the air fresh and clean.
We deep clean and sanitize the playrooms multiple times a day with a biologically safe, pet-friendly cleaner. The compressed rubber flooring is specially designed to aid in the long-term joint a paw health of your furry child.
So you never feel separated from your dog, we have webcams in every playroom so you check in on them throughout the day (excluding naptime and overnight). All you need is a device that is connected to the Internet.
Your dog’s safety is our number one priority, which is why our Canine Coaches must complete a rigorous training, designed by a canine behaviorist, on dog body language and behavior. Our team knows how to recognize even the most subtle dog body language, and handle dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments.
Dogtopia of Davis has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy PetsTM facility. The Heroes for Healthy PetsTM Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy. The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.

Dogtopia of Davis is conveniently located in the El Macero shopping center located just off CA I-80 in South Davis. We are on the opposite side of Nugget Market, next to restaurants including Wok of Flame, Huku, Guadalajara and Paste Thai. Not to mention Starbucks is just a short walk away! We are easily accessible off of Mace Blvd or Cowell Blvd making us an easy stop for commuters traveling from or to work on CA I-80. We are located just 1 mile from Toad Hollow dog park, 2 miles from Walnut Park dog park, 4 miles from Cannery dog park, and 4 miles from Yolo Grasslands dog park. We are also just across the street from South Davis Veterinary Center. Our convenient location and extended hours make it easy to drop off your pup on your way to work and pick them up when you are headed home.
You can find us 1 mile away from Davis Urgent Care and Sutter Walk-In Care and 5 miles from UC Davis campus. If you are an employee at any of these facilities, let us play with your pup while you are at work.
