Next, you will receive an email to set up an account and begin the registration process, where we get to know more about you and your pup. If you have vaccination records, they can be uploaded by you (or our team can do that for you), then digitally sign our Pet Parent Agreement and you\u2019re all set! The registration process takes just minutes and if there are questions during the process, please call us at 205-440-3888.<\/p>\n<h4>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/h4>\n<p>On Meet &amp; Greet day, you will bring your dog(s) to the facility on a leash or slip lead. The evaluation process with your dog takes 20-30 minutes with our trained evaluator. During this time, we would love to give you a tour of our facility and address any questions you may have. \u00a0Assuming all goes well with the evaluation, we would love for your dog to stay the rest of the day for free!<\/p>\n<h4>EVALUATION INCLUDES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellness check<\/li>\n<li>Response to staff touch\/interaction<\/li>\n<li>Comfort level in a crate &#8211; Crates are used for rest, naptime, boarding, feedings and administering medication when applicable<\/li>\n<li>Reaction in \u201copen-play\u201d setting with other dogs of varying size, breed, and temperament<\/li>\n<li>Overall observations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is very easy and there is nothing to be nervous about at Dogtopia \u2013 we just want to get to know your pup better!<\/p>\n<p>Have additional questions?
