Dogtopia is looking for a full-time IT Support professional to join our Phoenix Support Office team to manage general IT efficiencies and network support duties. This key position is the primary contact for the Dogtopia Support office and all franchisees (140+ daycares and counting). As the first-level contact for franchisees, IT Support troubleshoots technical questions with accuracy and efficiency.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Serve as an IT point person for all franchisees (140+ stores and counting) – help/troubleshoot any immediate questions, obtain answers or forward emails for expedited response
  • Create new accounts in various platforms for Dogtopia Support Office and new franchisees
  • Office ordering and setup (computers and similar components) for Support Office employees
  • Manage general Support Office and Network IT – any hardware/software issues, setting up new hardware, updates as necessary
  • Train on POS system and answer all questions from franchisees/employees
  • Remotely Set up and troubleshoot in-store systems including digital signage, webcams, phone service, merchant services


  • You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at the time
  • You are extremely responsive, including on evenings and weekends
  • You are friendly, courteous, resourceful, and accommodating
  • You are a problem solver and love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions
  • You don’t get frustrated easily. If you don’t know the answer, you resourceful and committed to finding the answer
  • You are patient, level-headed and cool under pressure
  • You like helping people
  • You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak clearly
  • You are a team player with the inherent need to perform at a high level
  • You are motivated and driven. You take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference


  • 1-5 years in IT
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Software
  • Background in a franchise or retail environment
