Very personable staff

I love that the services are structured in a way that suits all dogs, and also accommodates the specific needs of each owner. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic about the work that they do. I also like that they do different activities and keep things interesting all the time. Dogtopia is quickly becoming a second home to my pup and he couldn’t be happier!

I am new to your services yet I loved your dogtopia at the Ellesmere/Scarborough location.
The staff are very nice and explained everything to me. I had signed up for the playtime for my dog. When I realized I did not need the full day plan. I called and the gentleman was so helpful and was able to adjust my plan for me to the half day. I love that you have boarding also. As I am in need of it in February. So I will definitely recommend your services.
The facilities are very clean. That is very important.

Friendly and competent staff.
good supervision of all dogs.
good feedback whenever there is a problem or concern.
very accommodating when circumstances change unexpectedly.
when there was a family emergency the staff purchased preferred food for my dog.

No outdoor space.

I am impressed with Dogtopia. The staff are so friendly. everything is organized and the rooms are so clean.
Even though it was our fist day, I could see all dogs were so happy coming to Dogtopia in the morning. I cannot wait to see Rosy would be the same and eager to go back.
The staff were caring to update me with Rosy’s day and follow up how she is doing the next day.

Was provided detailed information from staff about every aspect of daycare. Love that I can watch my dog play and that she is learning to be more comfortable in a crate.

I started taking Batu in very recently for 3 day cares during the week and an overnight boarding on the weekend, though it hasn’t been very long, but Batu has already shown obvious signs of comfort, trust, ease and eager to socialize, not mention the puppy love towards his attentive caretakers….

All around very pleased with the staff and services. The fee is on the higher end of spectrum compared to some other private service providers, so it makes sense to look into a long term enrollment plan for a more sustainable budget.
