Friendly staff and happy puppy

Look after my pup very well. Very friendly staff.

We have referred a few friends since we are very happy with the facility and more important all the staff.
They take care of our Zoe while she is there and also have been supportive and understanding with anything that has been needed.
Also, the manager of the location has been easy to contact and taken charge with anything needed.
Much appreciate the service and care.

Friendly staff, convenient (close to home and can book day before most times), love the web cams and appreciate the separate rooms according to size and temperament.

Courteous personnel, dedicated to the comfort of the dogs, wonderful place.

What do I like about Dogtopia Don Valley? So many things:
-I know my dogs are safe and looked after instead of being at home alone where I cannot get to them quickly if needed.
-My dogs get mental and physical exercise, and all of the benefits of socialization.
-The staff all genuinely care about the dogs and treat each dog like an individual.
-They can accommodate for any special care a pup might need, whether its food, reassurance or to be carried down the stairs.
-They have special theme days every week that include treats and/or photos.

I would also like to say that one of my dogs is older, and we have struggled with her weight and activity level for years. Since going to Dogtopia 3 days a week she has lost weight, can do things she couldn’t before, plays with both of her brothers, and is generally happier than she ever was before. For me, and for her, this is worth the cost of daycare any day.
