We have been a loyal Dogtopia customer since 2013 (NE Calgary location). As we moved back to Calgary this year, we had an inconvenient start with records from the NE franchise not being available to the Downtown Calgary location.
Although we were, admittedly, difficult customers as a result of the inconvenience, Melanie was absolutely phenomenal in diffusing the situation and demonstrating a customer centric approach through the whole experience, including demonstration the right amount of empathy.
Thank you Melanie and team for making our transition to your franchise as easy as possible. We’re excited to continue being part of the Dogtopia family.
