We did get it from Allrecipes but we&#8217;ve adjusted it quite a bit so here&#8217;s our version:<\/p>\n<h5>Ingredients:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 1\/2 cups whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup canned pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons creamy peanut buttter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Directions<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees<\/li>\n<li>Mix together the eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 cups of flour to the mix and reserve a 1\/2 cup of flour<\/li>\n<li>Mix well and add water as needed to make the dough workable, it will be dry and stiff<\/li>\n<li>Knead in the remaining 1\/2 cup of flour<\/li>\n<li>Make the dough into a disk roughly 2&#8243; high by 6&#8243; round and refrigerate for 1 hour<\/li>\n<li>After an hours roll out the dough into 1\/8&#8243; thickness using flour spread on the dough as needed to roll it out flipping it over and rolling until your reach the desired thickness<\/li>\n<li>Bake in a preheated oven 12 minutes or until brown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Nutrition facts<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Yield is 25 servings: Per serving: 50 calories, 2g protein, 9.4g carbohydrates, 0.9g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 57.3mg sodium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;ve had these cookies in the lobby for our pups for 3+ years and often get asked what the recipe is.
