Very friendly and caring staff.

We’ve only done a meet and greet, but so far so good

i love to be able to drop my dog off at daycare so he can burn energy, socialize and have fun. it’s also super handy that he can get his grooming done all in one spot.

Ability to watch my doggos when they play. Intake was very thorough. Dogs came out happy and well-exercised. (We have only done meet-and-greet but it was a great experience.)

Lots of information is provided before a meet and greet. A major piece of information was missing, leaving the dog for a minimum of two hours. That’s a pretty key piece for a person planning their day. It makes sense, it would just be beneficial to include that with the other information given in the prep emails

Also, I selected the date and time when I wanted to come for a meet and greet on the website form and then when contacted I was asked when I want to come in. Again, not a huge deal, just made it interactions seem more disorganized than it was

I feel like my dog is cared for by the staff. There is never a long wait nd the website is easy to use.

friendly staff; my dog always has a great time when she goes and is excited to arrive, and leaves exhausted (in a good way!)

Great place for your pets when you have things to do for when you can’t take care of them yourself.

My Coco is always happy when the grooming is done. The groomer is very good and listens to what you want done . Great place for grooming!!!!
