Staff is friendly, the facilities clean, and my dog loves it!

Only the first visit so far, but staff very friendly. I like that there’s the ability to check in on pups and see how they’re doing. Looking forward to the next visit.

The way the staff are always so good with Whiskey, so friendly and happy to have her. The webcam for peace of mind while she is in daycare.

There were many customers on my first visit so it must be well liked. I was greeted like I was a long time client.

price is a little high compared to many others ..

Very friendly staff

– during drop off in the morning, you have staff at the front taking the dogs in right away; people don’t have to wait with dogs in the foyer distracting and barking at each other, especially when they’re likely in a rush to get to work. Loved how organized the staff were when I dropped Wilfred off for the Meet and Greet
– the staff explained to me what the Meet and Greet would be like, the cost, and what would happen next
– when I picked Wilfred up I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the cost of the Meet and Greet covered the entire time he was there, plus the food he had for lunch. For comparison, we did the same thing with another nearby business. We booked at 7:00 AM Meet and Greet. They never told me it would cost money or what would happen. When I arrived there at 7:00 they told me they can’t do Meet and Greets so early and that it was booked wrong, so I should come back at 12:30. I did. They then charged me for a FULL day of puppy daycare + the Meet and Greet fee. That first impression from a business goes a long way.
– your place is clean, I can book online, and I love the webcam feature (always nice to see what your dog is like when you’re not around).
