Everyone is very nice!

Our dog is always so happy to go to Dogtopia and is excited to see the team members. The team members are so helpful and flexible in meeting our needs.

I’ve only been there for the meet and greet and I was very impressed from the welcoming smiles at the front desk to all the information that was shared. I really liked the setup for my 10 pound puppy 🐶. The activity calendar was so cute and filled with options to eat. My puppy will really enjoy playing with the other puppies. I enjoyed watching her on the monitor. It was so good to see how she warmed up and slowly started mingling! I am looking forward to our next visit.

Staff is friendly

It’s easy to drop off my dog without a reservation. All the staff are very kind. They have a record of what my dog eats and how much.

My only complaint is they don’t have a good way for my dog to pee outside. It was difficult to train my dog not to do this in my home.

You seem to be competent, you remembered him and Copper comes uninjured.

You separate small dogs from big dogs.
You provide camera for customers to look in on their dog.
Social media posts, including older platforms I can understand.
Your check-in and check-out process is calm and friendly.
Your hours allow me to not stress about commute time.
Your employees seem genuinely happy to be there and happy to see my dog.
Most importantly, my dog is happy to go in. At other places, my dog cries when dropped off.
