                                  • (new customers) 2+ days of daycare required within 30 days of boarding
                                  • Vaccinations must be up to date 48 hours before the boarding
                                  • Label all items and do not bring oversized food containers or bedding
                                  • Local emergency contact in case of illness
                                  • Verify store hours before arriving
                                  • Boarding deposit non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of start date
