Going away on a business trip or a well-deserved family vacation? Although you would love to bring your furry family member with you on all your trips, it\u2019s often not feasible. Treat your pup to a fun-filled vacation of their own at Dogtopia of Geneva, where they can enjoy playful days and restful nights. Our highly trained team of canine lovers will treat your pup like one of their own by providing them with the attention and love they deserve. Your dog will be happy, healthy and safe during their stay.<\/p>\n

DOG BOARDING IN GENEVA, IL<\/h2>\n

please plan early.\u00a0 Boarding can only be secured once all forms are received and the meet and greet is successfully completed. A $25 per dog ($50 for holidays)\u00a0 deposit is required to hold a boarding and is non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the boarding start date. two days of daycare are required within 30 days of boarding for new dogs or ones who have not attended in over 4 months.<\/h4>\n

Unlike most boarding centers where canine guests are left in crates for the majority of their stay with little time to play, we focus on creating the best experience for your pup. At Dogtopia of Geneva, we realize that dogs need to burn off their pent-up energy which is why we provide 8-10 hours a day of supervised, off-leash play with their furry and human friends.<\/p>\n

Our caring, highly trained team is dedicated to making your dog\u2019s stay an enjoyable one, which includes making sure they are as comfortable as possible. In order to do so we encourage pet parents\u00a0 to bring personal food (refrigerated, dry bagged in servings, or frozen) as a sudden change of diet can create digestive issues. We also ask that you bring one crate appropriate bedding item (bed or blanket) to put them at ease during sleep.\u00a0 Toys are allowed in suites only, please limit to one toy that can not be chewed or digested.\u00a0 We do not charge any extra fees for adimistration of medications, ointments or drops but can not administer any injectables.<\/p>\n

After a full day of exercise and fun inside and outside, your pup will be tired but happy when they are ready to go to bed. They\u2019ll sleep in our cozy home-style crates in the same room they were playing in earlier so they feel safe and comfortable. We also have various sized suites with full walls and glass doors available for families with multiple dogs who would like them to stay together or for those who may not be as comfortable in a crate. Our all inclusive fee includes daycare up until 12:00 pm on the day of pick up.\u00a0 Later pickups are available and will incur a half day of daycare fee.<\/p>\n

A typical Boarding Day<\/h2>\n

6:30 – 7:00 | Morning Stretch & outside for potty break and then breakfast<\/p>\n

7:00 – 8:00 | Rest time to digest their food while their daycare friends are coming in to start the day<\/p>\n

8:00 – 12:00 | Supervised open play, including fun and games\u00a0 in our 3 spacious indoor and 3 outdoor play areas<\/p>\n

12:00 – 2:00 | Lunchtime and a well-deserved “me time”<\/p>\n

2:00 – 6:00 | More time to play with their BFFF’s (Best Furry Friends Forever)<\/p>\n

6:00 – 7:00 | Dinner time and rest time for proper digestion<\/p>\n

7:00 – 8:00 | Final potty break and time to get beds ready to get tucked in for a great nights sleep<\/p>\n

Dogs may be dropped off or picked up anytime during open play hours.\u00a0 Please note there is no drop off or pick up during the 12-2 nap time or before or after our posted hours* .\u00a0 We do recommend bringing your pup earlier in the day so they will be acclimated, and be tired for their first night of boarding.<\/p>\n

Monday -Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM<\/p>\n

Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00\u00a0 PM\u00a0 (boarding dogs only are playing again from\u00a0 4:00 – 6:00 pm)<\/p>\n

*Sunday we are not open for daycare but our boarding dogs are still enjoying a full day of playtime with their fellow boarding friends.\u00a0 Boarding drop off and pick up is 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Ring the doorbell during these times for someone to come and let you in.<\/p>\n

WEBCAM ACCESS<\/h2>\n

We understand the separation anxiety that comes along with being away from your furry family member which is why we offer live webcam access in all of our inside and outside areas so you can check in on your dog at during play hours. For your peace of mind, you can access our live webcams on your desktop or through our free mobile app, which is available on both Apple and Android devices. Also be sure to check Facebook and Instagram for adorable pictures we are posting to see some of the fun activies they participate in each week.<\/p>\n

ADD A SPA SERVICE<\/h2>\n

What\u2019s better than picking up your pup after their boarding stay? Picking up a clean and fresh smelling pup after their boarding stay! You can add any spa service <\/a>to your dog\u2019s visit, from a nail clipping to a shampoo and blow out, we will ensure you are picking up one pampered pup.<\/p>\n

BOOK YOUR MEET & GREET<\/h2>\n

Your dog\u2019s safety is our top priority. That is why we require all new boarding dogs to attend a Meet & Greet<\/a> session with our team at Dogtopia of Geneva, where we will get acquainted with your dog and determine if they are a right fit for our off-leash, open-play environment. Additionally, we require both daycare<\/a> and boarding pups be up-to-date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered and be free of fleas, ticks and any contagious diseases.<\/p>\n

In addition to the meet and greet all new boarding dogs or dogs who have not attended Dogtopia in over 4 months will be required to attend 2+ days of daycare within 30 days of the boarding to make sure they are safe, comfortable and well-acclimated to the environment.\u00a0 <\/strong>We want to make sure we have a good understanding of their play style and enegry level, ensuring the safest and least stressful boarding stay possible.<\/p>\n
