A $25 deposit is required to hold a boarding and is non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the boarding start date.<\/h4>\n<h4>GETTING READY FOR THE MEET &amp; GREET:<\/h4>\n<p>Once your Meet &amp; Greet appointment is set and confirmed by our team, you will receive an email to log-in to your online dashboard to complete the registration process prior to the appointment. This is where we get to know more about you and your dog, vaccinations can be uploaded by you or our team and you can review and digitally sign our Pet Parent Agreement. Then you\u2019re ready!<\/p>\n<h4>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/h4>\n<p>On Meet &amp; Greet day, you will bring your dog(s) to the facility and it is very important to bring the dog on a leash or slip lead with a collar\/harness when you enter the lobby. We will review some information with you and you are then able to leave.\u00a0 The evaluation process with your dog takes 20-30 minutes with our trained evaluator and we will call you when the evaluation is complete to answer any questions at that time. We would like to have your pup stay until after nap time to start accilmating to the new environment. A virtual tour of the building is available on You Tube.<\/p>\n<h4>EVALUATION INCLUDES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellness check<\/li>\n<li>Response to staff touch\/interaction<\/li>\n<li>Comfort level in a crate &#8211; Crates are used for rest, naptime, boarding, feedings and administering medication when applicable<\/li>\n<li>Reaction in \u201copen-play\u201d setting with other dogs of varying size, breed, and temperament<\/li>\n<li>Overall observations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is very easy and there is nothing to be nervous about at Dogtopia \u2013 we just want to get to know your pup better!<\/p>\n<p>Have additional questions?
