This is where we get to know more about you and your dog, vaccinations can be uploaded by you or our team and you can review and digitally sign our Pet Parent Agreement. We will happily call your vet for vaccine confirmation!\u00a0 One of the most common reasons Meet &amp; Greets are cancelled is because pets do not have the Bordetella vaccine, which is required for boarding and daycare to help prevent canine cough.\u00a0 If you&#8217;ve never boarded or taken your dog to daycare, you probably don&#8217;t have this!\u00a0 Check your vet records.\u00a0 Once this is all complete, then you\u2019re ready!<\/p>\n<h4>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/h4>\n<p>On Meet &amp; Greet day, you will bring your dog(s) to the facility; it is very important to bring the dog on a leash or slip lead with a collar\/harness when you enter the lobby. From here, depending on your preference, we have two options for the Meet &amp; Greet for convenience!\u00a0 Our two options are the Traditional option, offered Monday, Friday, and Saturday, and the Drop-off option, offered Tuesday through Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>For the Traditional option, the evaluation process with your dog takes 20-30 minutes with our trained evaluator. During this time, we would love to show you around, address your questions and you can even watch the playroom cameras from our lobby!\u00a0 We do this traditional Meet &amp; Greet on Mondays, Fridays an Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p>For the Drop-off option, you will be forwarded an additional paper to fill out regarding your dogs behaviors to complete within 24 hours of their appointment.\u00a0 Then, drop off your dog on your way to work before 9 am and we will keep you posted on their progress with emails, photos, etc. Then return at 6 pm for your facility tour with other pet parents that had the Meet and Greet for the day, and to pick up your pup from their first day of daycare!<\/p>\n<h4>EVALUATION INCLUDES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellness check<\/li>\n<li>Response to staff touch\/interaction<\/li>\n<li>Comfort level in a crate &#8211; Crates are used for rest, naptime, boarding, feedings and administering medication when applicable<\/li>\n<li>Reaction in \u201copen-play\u201d setting with other dogs of varying size, breed, and temperament<\/li>\n<li>Overall observations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is very easy and there is nothing to be nervous about at Dogtopia \u2013 we just want to get to know your pup better!<\/p>\n<p>Have additional questions?
