The actual groom by SiAnn Not sure of her spelling! She is an amazing groomer and Lulu had the best groom ever!! Unfortunately it’s very expensive so not sure how often I will be able to have her groomed there! But she’s the best ever and will tell others!! Lulu never looked so adorable!
While the service and care is wonderful and I appreciate the staff and the added value offered to clients, the rate is already higher than most competitors.
To then be asked to tip in an 18%+ range is excessive and difficult to afford.
I understand tipping is voluntary however with the prompt on the POS system it means you are forced to decide to send a message that you are not happy with the service if you don’t tip.
The staff are very kind to me and so kind to my dog. Their love for animals can be trusted.

Honestly? The best part about your services are the staff. They really love the animals and know so much about them. They make recommendations. They have seasonal photos! They are flexible to sneak my dog into grooming sessions while she is there. The staff are the best part. That’s why I know my dog is safe and happy while she is there.
Trained, friendly, staff, and very clean. Grooming are really great too.

Groomer Sian is the best
Very good service and professional grooming.
Sian was incredibly skilled with my 145 lb Anatolian Shepard Wolfhound. We can’t get her to go anywhere near a hose and Sian was able to bathe and shampoo her. She came out soft and fresh! Such a gift!
