Owner Shiraj Patel and the entire Dogtopia of Katy team offers personalized doggie care in a fun, safe, and comfortable environment within Cinco Ranch – Katy, TX. Our certified Canine Coaches are expertly trained in dog body language and can quickly identify different behaviors and signals from large groups of open-play dogs. They are also constantly supervising our indoor playroom and outdoor space, which is how they are able to form quick connections with your pup and ensure they are having the most exciting day ever.<\/p>\n

Our coaches also offer periodic report cards that outline your dog\u2019s behavior, the furry friends they are bonding with, and tips to replicate our positive educational methods at home. QUALITY DOG DAYCARE IN CINCO RANCH – KATY, TX<\/h2>\n

Our facility is just over 6,200 square feet and includes three different playrooms with two outdoor areas. Each of our playrooms is designed with a different theme, and we separate our daycare dogs into rooms by their size, temperament, and playstyle. Our \u201cToy Box\u201d playroom, which has a park theme, is specifically for our smaller pups and some of our dogs that have special needs. Our \u201cGym\u201d playroom has a beach theme and holds our large and athletic dogs. Lastly, our \u201cRomper Room\u201d is decked out in our city theme, and holds the pups that are somewhere in between.<\/p>\n

Safety is a top priority at Dogtopia of Katy, which is why our highly trained Canine Coaches not only monitor our playrooms and outdoor areas but interact with our pups all day long, ensuring every dog is a happy, tail-wagging one. They lead our daycare pups through brain games, yummy \u201ctreat\u201d days (like dog-friendly tacos), bacon-flavored bubble parties, and themed photoshoots. There\u2019s always something fun happening at Dogtopia!<\/p>\n

Our coaches can skillfully identify different behaviors and signals that our dogs may exhibit, which helps ensure none are stressed or uncomfortable. They also actively monitor for all health and behavioral issues, and address them in a timely and compassionate manner. Beyond the coaches in our playrooms, we also have staff monitoring our webcams.<\/p>\n

While our daycare dogs are provided love and attention all day by our coaches, they are also busy socializing with their furry friends, exercising on our play equipment that they can climb and jump on as they please, learning simple commands, and playing agility-focused games to improve manners and keep them engaged. The things your pup learns during daycare can extend to home life and beyond, as we teach our daycare dogs how to become more well-balanced canine citizens, especially in social situations when they are around new dogs and people.<\/p>\n

Our daycare pups will receive up to 10 hours of play, separated into morning play (between 7AM \u2013 12PM) and afternoon play (between 2PM \u2013 7PM, usually after lunch or nap time).<\/p>\n

OUR COMMITMENT TO A CLEAN, MODERN DOG DAYCARE in CINCO RANCH<\/h2>\n

Before any dogs enter our facility, they must pass our Meet & Greet<\/a>, which is an evaluation process administered by our experts. It begins with gathering some background information on your pup\u2019s health history, then we move on to a nose to tail assessment to address any touch sensitivities your dog may have, and lastly, we perform some comfort level tests to help us determine if your dog is a good fit for our off-leash, open-play environment. We also require that all dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age, up to date on their Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, and that all pups seven months and older are spayed\/neutered.<\/p>\n

Each room our dogs play in includes HVAC systems to help keep the space climate-controlled, while also ensuring the air is fresh and clean for our dogs and employees alike. We also utilize UV lighting to help keep bacteria at bay, in tandem with deep cleans of our playrooms that occur multiple times a day, using only pet-friendly, biologically safe cleaner.<\/p>\n

We have also considered the floor our daycare pups play on, as we understand how important paw, hip, and joint health is to our dogs. To address this, we have compressed rubberized flooring in all our playrooms that provides a comfortable and sanitary material that our dogs can comfortably play on for hours.<\/p>\n

We understand that being away from your pup is not always easy, but while they enjoy their time at daycare with their new furry friends, you can still join in on the fun \u2013 virtually! Our webcams are equipped in every playroom so that our pet parents can watch a private stream of playtime, easily accessible through our free mobile or app or on the Dogtopia website.<\/p>\n

All of our playrooms are visible on our webcams during open play hours, and our rooms have motion and temperature sensors to monitor conditions outside of normal business hours.<\/p>\n
