When I take my boy, Jax in for daycare he is always so excited. He has the best time playing all day and making new friends. The thing I appreciate the most about Dogtopia Kitchener is that the staff treat Jax like their own, and take such good care of him. It is such a great environment, and my boy always has a blast!

The amount of open communication! Being able the check on the dog during the day via the webcam makes it feel more reliable, I never check them really but just knowing it’s there is comforting. Also the later pick up times and early drop off. Please open up a spot or Cambridge as all the ones out here are closed or closing.

My pup loves Dogtopia of Kitchener and I do too! From my initial phone call to schedule the meet and greet the staff was very friendly and accommodating. On meet and greet day everyone was so kind and they provided me with lots of information while my pup was assessed. They provided me with an update halfway through her first day, which eased my mind. They also called the next day to check up on her which I really liked! My little pup drags me from the car to the door when she realizes she’s going to Dogtopia! The value is great for the services they provide, and the employees demonstrate so much care for the dogs I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their capable hands.

My doggo loves the time with his dog and human friends at Dogtopia. The team working at Dogtopia are true dog lovers and are great with my doggo and pay attention to his personality and physical well being. So much so they flagged a weird spot by his eye. He was ok but did need to see the vet. Would 100 percent recommend.

I love how much you clearly care about our Rosie! Conversations with staff are always positive and let me know that they really KNOW Rosie! I love watching our pup have a great time on camera and she is always happily exhausted after. Day of play!

The staff are very friendly and Sherman is always very excited to see everyone.

There is a beautiful play room and it’s really nice to be able to watch the dogs on the video stream to see how they are doing.

The employees at Dogtopia are patient, welcoming, and friendly. My dog Marlowe was initially terrified of being separated from me, but with their help, she now gets so excited to go see her friends every week! The webcams also give me such peace of mind.
