You will share past social &amp; health information for your dog, upload vaccine records, and sign our Pet Parent Agreement. Registration paperwork is due completed by your dog&#8217;s scheduled drop off time. If you have issues accessing your online dashboard, give us a call! We&#8217;re happy to help.<\/p>\n<h4>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/h4>\n<p>On Meet &amp; Greet day, please drop off your dog with a leash and a collar\/harness when you enter the lobby. <strong>Our team will greet you, confirm your registration paperwork is complete, ask &amp; answer any remaining questions, collect your payment information, and then escort your dog back. Anticipate no more than 10-15 minutes at drop off. Assessments will conclude at 12:00 p.m. at the latest.<\/strong> Please remain available to pick up your dog, if needed, until noon; however, once assessments conclude, your dog is welcome to play until as late as business close at 7 p.m. This play time and the included Social Enrichment Training (SET) activities is offered at no extra cost.<\/p>\n<h4>$20 EVALUATION Fee INCLUDES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessment #1) Nose to tail wellness check<\/li>\n<li>Assessment #2) Response to staff touch\/interaction<\/li>\n<li>Assessment #3) Comfort level in the homestyle crates used at naptime (12-2)<\/li>\n<li>Assessment #4) Greetings &amp; social skills<\/li>\n<li>Assessment #5) Comfort in the large group, open-play setting<\/li>\n<li>Virtual or phone check in with a Manager during the day (your preference)<\/li>\n<li>A text update on their wellness, mood, social style, and activities<\/li>\n<li>Full day of play the day of the appointment (up to $40 value)<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the scheduled Social Enrichment Training (SET) activities for the day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Have additional questions?
