Warm friendly employees and positive interactions
I would love for my dog not to come home smelling like dog pee after a day of play.
I would also love to see more play encouraged vs the dogs just wandering around in a monitored room.

The staff personally know your dog and little to no turn over in staffing. The amount of time the dogs actually get in the play area not in a kennel. I pay for a tired dog that has played all day not a kenneled dog as long as this does not change I will continue to be utilize Dogtopia. Also the cleanness of the facility is better than others.
