I love how you text me pictures and messages of how things are going. It really makes me feel good to know my kids are taken care of while we are away.

Friendly staff who know and greet our dog with care and compassion. Web cams so we can sneak a peek during the day.

I love being able to book on line and viewing the camera throughout the day. I love the fact that you have grooming services on site. Dalton LOVES coming each day as he almost pulls the leash out of our hands to get into the door. All of the employees are super nice and all seem to love the dogs.

Staff are friendly and my dog is happy to go there.

I noticed that one of the dog handlers was moving dogs around and putting them in their crate by grabbing their collars. While I understand sometimes that is necessary, I do think that using verbal commands and/or treats to get a dog to do what you want is a better strategy. I did not want her grabbing my dogs collar and that made me uncomfortable. Also, it would be great to see handlers provide more stimulation like tricks (sit, down, etc).

Everyone is so kind and they really love the dogs. They knew our boy by name from day one. We really love looking at the photos and especially when we get a special email update with a photo. Plus, our lad is thrilled to go every time. He can’t contain his excitement.

Convenient location, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The processes for introducing a new dog to the group are well thought out. We loved the report cards!

We feel very comfortable leaving Elly in your care. The facilities are very clean and the staff takes very good care of the dogs.
