QUALITY DOG DAYCARE IN MISSISSAUGA
Doggy daycare is more than guilt relief for pet parents. Proper socialization, routine and exercise are essential to the health and well-being of our furry friends. Dogs are social animals and thrive in pack dynamics, which is why we integrate dog play into their daily routine, along with interactions with our Canine Coaches. Dogs offer social support to other dogs, and our regular canine guests help new dogs integrate into the playrooms.
Dogs that regularly attend structured playtime:
- Learn the language of dogs, which helps to minimize fear-based behavioural issues around other canines and people.
- Stay more physically fit, which reduces destructive behaviour at home and prevents pet obesity. Depending on frequency of visits, Dogtopia can also help your dog lose weight.
- Maintains routine, which can help overly excited dogs burn off pent-up energy while giving their day structure.
Your pup will enjoy up to 10 hours of fully supervised play and healthy exercise each day. Our experienced Canine Coaches are highly trained in managing many dogs of all breeds and can even pick up on the slightest dog body language. We’ll keep your dog safe and care for them as if they were our own.
FULLY EQUIPPED PLAYROOMS
Our facility features three spacious playrooms: the Toy Box, the Romper Room and the Gym. To maximize the safety of all our canine guests, we determine which dog attends which playroom based on size, temperament and play style. This way all our Dogtopia dogs enjoy open-play with like-minded pups of similar activity levels.
We have specifically designed our playrooms to be fully dog-friendly. This includes non-slip rubberized flooring that is anti-bacterial, easy to clean, provides traction, and support and cushioning for your dog’s paws and joints. We keep our facilities fully climate-controlled and our filtration system helps reduce the risk of airborne pathogens, and we deep-clean our playrooms twice daily using pet-friendly products.
We pride ourselves in our transparency and providing pet parents with peace of mind. This is why we have implemented live webcam access in all of our playrooms so that pet parents can check in on their pups throughout the day. You can watch them make new friends and interact with our team while you’re at work!
