Framing and electrical and plumbing rough ins have been completed. We also have our DOAS (Dedicated Outdoor Air System) and RTU's (AC Rooftop Units) installed. These are critical in maintaining fresh air for our pups, keeping them healthy and comfortable while they play with their BFF's. DOAS improves indoor air quality and are designed to optimally perform in all outdoor conditions and climates. That is critical in the St. Louis area where we see ALL outdoor conditions. Looking forward to completion!
