Maybe more beds or places for dogs to rest. It seemed like they were not encouraged to stay and rest in crates. Maybe games or stimulation activities. They all seemed to love getting cuddles by daycare. Two at a time might help them not all try to fight for attention with one. Overall the dogs seem happy and being able to tune in was very cool.

Wonderful friendly staff! Fun, safe environment to bring my puppy to play socialize and burn off some energy.

We love the way we are greeted and welcomed each time we bring our Lola to daycare. She is loved and well looked after by all the staff. Lola is so excited to attend, that she shakes with excitement each time she arrives!

I’ve been very impressed with Dogtopia since I first did the meet and greet 2 weeks ago. The staff are lovely and attentive and I feel very safe leaving my dog there. Stanley has enjoyed it too!

Friendly and accomodating

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of supervision for the dogs, and my dog is thrilled to arrive and clearly has a wonderful time!

The staff in the Newmarket Dogtopia are amazing , it was my Dogs first time and he was a bit nervous going in . The staff made him feel welcome and comfortable before taking him in with the dogs . They introduced him to only a few dogs at first so he wasn’t overwhelmed, and then brought other dogs in slowly. My dog had a first positive experience , and it really was the most exciting day for him ever. I would definitely highly recommend Newmarket Dogtopia .

Hi there,
I left my pet with Dogtopia in Newmarket and he got kennel cough. I know this is a real risk when so many pets are in one room. Just thought to let you know about it. He’s fine but I was a bit surprised.
He seemed to enjoy himself.
