We also are always hiring for Canine Coaches working directly with dogs in our playrooms.       Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic and organized individual to be the star of our playroom as a Canine Coach! Extensive training is provided for this position, and we currently have part-time and full-time positions available.<\/p>\n

      We are looking for weekend help:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Saturday, Sunday or both days<\/li>\n
      • Three weekend shift options:<\/li>\n
      • 7am-12:45pm<\/li>\n
      • 1:45pm-9:30pm<\/li>\n
      • 7am-5:45pm (break midday between 12:45pm-1:45pm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Monday-Friday shifts are also available:<\/p>\n

        • 6:20am-12:45pm<\/li>\n
        • 6:45am-12:45pm<\/li>\n
        • 1:45pm-7:30pm<\/li>\n
        • 1:45pm-9:30pm<\/li>\n

              • Cleaning: disposing of dog waste, mopping, sweeping, cleaning playroom equipment<\/li>\n
              • Safely manage dog behaviors in play<\/li>\n

                  Training:<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

                  This job is a great opportunity for anyone interested in entering an animal care and\/or training field! Our training program, developed by canine behaviorists and veterinarians, will provide you with the expertise to care for dogs and help them be the best versions of themselves! At Dogtopia, you will learn:<\/p>\n

                  • Grooming tasks such as baths and nail trims<\/li>\n
                  • How to identify dog breeds and behaviors<\/li>\n
                  • How to teach and reinforce positive behaviors in dogs<\/li>\n

                              As the face of our Dogtopia daycare, our front desk team plays a vital role in driving growth by<\/p>\n

                              Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

                              • Greet pet parents warmly, provide knowledgeable assistance, and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out.<\/li>\n
                              • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate records in the system.<\/li>\n
                              • Conduct follow-up calls, respond to inquiries, and engage with potential customers to schedule consultations and convert leads into sales.<\/li>\n
                              • Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service by engaging with pet parents and understanding their needs.<\/li>\n
                              • Actively sell daycare enrollments, wellness services, and other offerings by effectively communicating their benefits to pet parents<\/li>\n
                              • Book daycare meet and greets, wellness services, and consultations while optimizing the schedule for efficiency.<\/li>\n
                              • Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n
                              • Support and participate in community events, outreach programs, and in-store promotions to attract new customers.<\/li>\n
                              • Assist in the overall cleanliness of the facility, including tidying up common areas<\/li>\n
                              • Achieve set sales targets provided by GM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                Requirements:<\/p>\n

                                • At least 1-2 years in a customer, sales-facing, and lead management role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or pet care.<\/li>\n
