Great staff and wonderful with the dogs
Staff is friendly ; coaches are trained; having an outdoor area for dogs to roam would make this a 10
We love the Nest access, everyone at the front desk is always so friendly and kind, and Xena is always so excited when she arrives, which is the biggest recommendation!

Like being able to watch my dog on the cameras to give me piece of mind knowing my dog is being looked after and seeing my dog having fun. The staff are nice and friendly from dropping off to picking up.
We love that there’s a camera we can check our furry family members and check in on them at times.

We were so surprised to see our dogs name on the sign entering the building and then written on the floor in the palyroom. The staff were amazing they truly love dogs, they knew all the dogs names coming in that morning. Having the videcam was great it definately put our minds at ease being able to see them.
All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and more importantly are really attentive to the dogs.
Love the people at the Pickering location and how easy they make dropping my dog off. I feel it’s a safe environment for my dog to be in.
