Bring your dog to work? That’s right! Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding and spa services, is expanding its services at it’s Pittsburgh-Eastside location! We have immediate openings for energetic and dog-focused individuals that will be able to work alongside dogs who are playing every day! We focus on a safe and clean envioronment, with plenty of fun activities for the pups in our care each week!
Dogtopia is an open play daycare setting that focuses on dog behavior and safety. All dogs in open play experience up to 10 hours of open play a day, under the watchful eye of our trained canine coaches. Dog experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn the job and an intense love of dogs, safety and cleanliness will ensure a great fit for this position! The job requires 5-6 hour shifts of standing and walking the entire time. Pay will be matched with experience. Training will be mandatory prior to site and prior to caring for our beloved Dogtopia dogs!
Job Responsibilities

consistent and timely attendance
Ability to learn dog behaviors
completion of all elearning platforms
assist with spa and services
assist with lunch distribution for daycare and boarding pups
attention to detail with cleaning of the playroom. There is a lot of cleaning!
keeping all dogs in your care safe and learning the protocols to do so.
