Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, sales-minded individual as our Pet Parent Relationship Manager. This is a role for someone with a sales and customer service background who understands hard work, how to deliver and to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. This person should love dogs – and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus! This is a full-time 40 hour work week position.

Job Summary

Work with the pet parents and team members to ensure our customer experience meets the highest standards and satisfaction while growing Dogs in Daycare. Cultivate relationships with prospective Pet Parents and nurture the journey of new Pet Parents as they become a part of Dogtopia. Direct responsibility for growing the number of dogs in daycare through a multi-channel lead strategy. To ensure retention and visit frequency metrics are healthy, the PPRM will engage Pet Parents and gain commitment to give their dog the “Most exciting day ever!”

Role and Responsibilities

  • Exemplify the Legendary Dogs culture by staying true to the Dogtopia-isms, communicating the Brand Manifesto and delivering the Noble Cause every day
  • Fully understand the daycare and boarding model to effectively explain the benefits of our services to increase the number of Dogs in Daycare (DID)
  • Clearly communicate the value of Dogtopia, our pricing and our competitive advantage, and demonstrate confident objection handling
  • Drive multiple lead generation efforts to gain commitment from Pet Parents to enroll their dogs in daycare
  • Utilize key prospect, customer and employee listing posts to continually innovate the Dogtopia experience from initial lead management through retention
  • Execute and manage the Brand advocate strategy so the Dogtopia Pet Parents refer Dogtopia to friends and family
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to increase lead generation, lead conversion, drive retention, increase visit frequency and address barriers to entry
  • Engage with Pet Parents throughout their journey from Meet and Greet through their first 30 days
  • Ensure frequency and retention of customers through effective customer management strategies
  • Manage the communication between prospective lead and the daycare
  • Maintain data entry processes to ensure complete and compliant registration for new Pet Parents and dogs
  • Coach front of house team members with reinforcing and constructive feedback that supports our Dogtopia-isms
  • Address & resolve pet parent concerns in reference to services, team member interactions or injuries
  • Complete and accommodate additional tasks as required by the needs of organization
