This is where we get to know more about you and your dog, vaccinations can be uploaded by you or our team and you can review and digitally sign our Pet Parent Agreement. Then you\u2019re ready!<\/p>\n<h4>WHAT TO EXPECT:<\/h4>\n<p>When you arrive, plan to spend about 15\u201320 minutes with our team going over your Welcome Packet and answering a few quick questions about your pup&#8217;s history. From there, we&#8217;ll take your pup back to spend the day with us \u2014 our Canine Coaches will complete a temperament evaluation while your pup makes new friends, explores the playroom, and gets comfortable in our open-play environment. Later that day, we&#8217;ll give you a call with an update on how they&#8217;re doing and set up a pickup time. When you come back, you&#8217;ll get a tour of the facility, see your pup in action, get all of your questions answered, and work with us to find the right plan for your pup and book any future stays.<\/p>\n<h4>Before your visit &#8211; What to bring:<\/h4>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">To confirm your appointment, please make sure we have the following by 6:00 PM the evening before your visit:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3 print:block print:space-y-1\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">A completed registration form<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Current Rabies and DHPP (Distemper) vaccination records<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Bordetella and Canine Influenza vaccination records (these can be completed within one week of the Meet &amp; Greet)<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">If your pup is over 7 months old, proof of spay\/neuter. If they&#8217;re under 7 months, a veterinary record showing their date of birth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">We ask for everything the evening before so our team has time to update all of your details and set up your account ahead of time \u2014 that way everything is ready to go and your pup&#8217;s first day runs smoothly. We never want you to make the trip before we have all of your information.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">Our team will do everything in our power to help you obtain any records or documentation you need. Please note, though, that if we don&#8217;t have everything by 6:00 PM the night before, we may not be able to complete your Meet &amp; Greet as scheduled.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">A $40 deposit is due on the day of your Meet &amp; Greet. It&#8217;s fully redeemable and can be applied toward any future daycare, boarding, or spa service (excluding recurring enrollment plans).<\/p>\n<h4>EVALUATION INCLUDES:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wellness check<\/li>\n<li>Response to staff touch\/interaction<\/li>\n<li>Comfort level in a crate &#8211; Crates are used for rest, naptime, boarding, feedings and administering medication when applicable<\/li>\n<li>Reaction in \u201copen-play\u201d setting with other dogs of varying size, breed, and temperament<\/li>\n<li>Overall observations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is very easy and there is nothing to be nervous about at Dogtopia \u2013 we just want to get to know your pup better!<\/p>\n<p>Have additional questions?
