Dog Daycare, Boarding and More<\/h2>\n

Get peace of mind by leaving your dog in our daycare, whether it\u2019s just for a few hours or for the whole day. Dogs are separated by size and temperament in our specially designed playrooms, and will enjoy a variety of activities and exercise during our 100% supervised playtime. You can peek in on them throughout the day with our playroom webcams, which can be accessed by any desktop or mobile device.<\/p>\n

Need your dog to stay longer? We also offer overnight and extended boarding.<\/p>\n

If your pup is getting to be a bit smelly, we also offer a full range of spa services as a part of our daycare and boarding packages. In addition to the basics, we offer full-service grooming including trims, hand scissoring, Dogtopia’s famous de-shedding packages, as well as adorable bandanas.<\/p>\n

Our lobby boutique sells a unique variety of treats, candles, sweaters\/jackets, bowls and more.<\/p>\n

\"Heroes<\/a><\/p>\n

Dogtopia of Springfield has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy PetsTM<\/sup>\u00a0facility. The Heroes for Healthy PetsTM\u00a0<\/sup> Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.<\/p>\n

The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.<\/p>\n

Additionally, our staff is CPR & First Aid certified by PetTech.net!<\/p>\n

We proudly serve dog parents in Springfield, Lorton, Newington, Annandale, Fairfax Station, Alexandria, Burke, Ft. Belvoir and the surrounding regions at our conveniently-located facility. We are close to I95 and Sarasota Shopping Center, and are just one block from the Springfield\/Newington Costco.<\/p>\n

If you’re coming from I95, take the Fairfax County Parkway Exit.\u00a0 From Fairfax County Parkway, take the Boudinot Drive exit.\u00a0 Turn right onto Fullerton Road.\u00a0 After the light at Boston Avenue, we are the second driveway on the left.\u00a0\u00a0There’s plenty of parking in our lot.<\/p>\n

We are located 6.5 miles from the South Run dog park.\u00a0 The difference is that at Dogtopia, our team is highly trained to manage dogs in an open-play setting, dogs are constantly supervised and all dogs are both vaccinated and evaluated for comfort in open play.\u00a0 They are also separated by both size and temperment.<\/p>\n

Since we opened in 2012, we have donated to many local animal charities including Fairfax Animal Shelter, Lucky Dog Rescue, Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, Washington Animal Rescue League, The Junior League of Washington District of Columbia and Caring Hands Animal Support & Rescue. We also donate to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/p>\n
