Everything about Dogtopia of Arlington By The Parks is amazing. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and each and everyone one of them show how much they love our fur babies. The canine coaches are wonderful with the dogs. They all care so much for each and every dog that comes in to their establishment and will do anything you request for your pets. The facility is so clean and spacious. The cameras are great! A peace of mind to be able to pop on and see how your babies are doing. The padded floors are a blessing! Especially for the ones like our Aspen, a 120 lb Rottweiler that deals with bilateral hip dysplasia. The staff goes above and beyond for all 3 of my fur babies and I know they do for others as well. Even the smallest things like allowing us to keep kennel pads there for their naps that helps so much on our Aspens hips. It’s the smallest things and the bigger things they do for the pet parents and especially for the pets. Oh! and I can’t forget, ALL the wonderful activities that are planned throughout each month for all the dogs. From games, bubble parties, foam parties, photo shoots, craft activities, treat days, movie days. So much more and so much interaction with the dogs and for the dogs. The meet and greets are great! They let you watch your babies interact and you get the whole day complimentary to leave them to play if you like. They will give you a tour and show you every part of their facility and what each room is for and the different things it’s used for. Nothing to hide. They show you everything and want you to see and feel nothing but comfortable leaving your fur baby in their care. The owners, Jaime and Sherman are the best!! The front desk receptionist’s are always so positive, happy, friendly, and there to answer any questions you have or help you in any way. And what can I say about the Managers, Callie and Amber, truly two amazing ladies that make you feel you are a part of a great big dog loving family and are always so happy to accommodate for you. You truly feel that you are part of their Dogtopia family and the best part of it all is when I see how happy and how excited my 3 babies get when they know they are going to daycare and the moment they see Dogtopia when we pull in. Our Rottie can hardly contain herself!! That’s how I know I’m leaving them where they are loved and cared every bit as much as we do. Simply put, there is nothing NOT to love about Dogtopia of Arlington by the Parks. 🙂

Everyone is so friendly, and loves all the animals. It has such a positive and welcoming vibe. My dog gets so excited when we get in the car because he knows where he is going. Thank you for caring so much for my dog. I have no worries when I take him to drop him off. The staff is the best.
My babies have only been there once but they seemed to have fun. They has never been with other dogs so it was new to us and them. I loved that for the meet and greet they took them in one at a time to see how they were going to act around the other dogs. It’s clean and I can watch them on my phone. Staff is very friendly.
My dogs love going to Dogtopia! Oscar literally starts barking when I pass TJ Maxx. The staff is top tier! I know my dogs are safe and socializing with other dogs.
The people! Amber is exceptional! She loves her job and it’s is obvious. All the employees are very courteous and helpful to me. I’m somewhat disabled. They assist me voluntarily.
My girl Cookie knows where she is going when I turn the corner. Her tail starts wagging and she lets me know she is happy to go to Dogtopia. This was not the case at other places I tried when Arlington Dogtopia closed. Thank goodness you reopened. I can’t say one negative word! Love Dogtopia.

We found everyone to be very helpful and kind. Love being able to see the dog in the gym.
It was a great experience. My dog was boarded for 6 days. I loved being able to see her daily. She did have to get back adjusted to being house trained again. Took her about 2 days to remember she needs to go outside again to potty 😆.
Very friendly staff, my baby had a great time and came home smelling so good.
