This is an absolutely amazing facility. They care for my girls so well and my girls are so excited to go every time !

The clean, friendly environment.

How they allow the pets to get comfortable with staff and small amount of dogs before introducing them to all the dogs at once. Love how they have events for the dogs and schedule meal time an nap time. They treat each dog as if it were their own and I love that and feel safe having my babies go at this time they only been twice and I already love this place.

They took their time and didn’t rush my dogs meet and greet. They made sure my dog and the other dogs were comfortable. Love this place!

We love you guys so much! We appreciate the level of care and love you give the kid. And all the fun things you do. It’s great seeing the team finally starting to round out.

We do miss the monthly calendar coming out before the end of the previous month. That made scheduling much easier, since we like to do as many of the fun things as possible. And selfishly I miss more of the candid moments making their way on social media. Some of my very favorite pictures have come from those times and it’s nice to see those different sides of their personalities shine through that we would otherwise miss.

Safe for the dogs

Very clean and pleasant staff.

I like the convenience. It’s five minutes from my house. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they have a true love for dogs. It’s always clean and when you go to pick up your pup it’s very organized and smooth. My dog is always happy when we’re walking up the walkway to the door. She knows she’s going to have a great time!

Staff are all friendly and appear to like what they do. I feel good about dropping off my pup. I feel she is safe and looked after.

Molly loved her stay at the Utica Dogtopia on Schoenherr rd and M59, she always looks forward to her visits, the staff is so nice and kind there and very helpful!
