Dogs thrive on consistency, which is why our boarding services are reserved for Dogtopia of Warwick daycare members only. \u00a0Being familiar with daycare will ensure your pup is comfortable with our facility, routines, canine coaches and all of their fur friends for an overnight stay or extended period of time.<\/p>\n

Looking to Board?<\/strong> If you are a new member, it is important for your dog to get acclimated to our facility, canine coaches, and other dogs before their stay. Based on your dog\u2019s meet and greet and how they acclimate to the pack, we recommend that your dog come to daycare up to three times prior to boarding for the first time.<\/strong> Our team will provide a recommended plan at your meet and greet. This lets your dog get familiar with the playroom, the other dogs, and the staff. This minimizes additional stress on your pup when boarding and, most importantly, lets her\/him know you are coming back to pick her up!<\/em><\/p>\n

WHAT SETS OUR DOG BOARDING APART?<\/h4>\n

Dogtopia of Warwick is not just a place for your pup to sleep. Dogtopia is very much like a staycation for your dog as our boarding dogs also get to enjoy fun-filled days of play and exercise with our daycare dogs. We do not have kennel runs; instead our boarding dogs enjoy full use of our open-play, off-leash environment. After hours of play and socialization, they will rest soundly in a place they know and trust. When your pup turns in for the night, they will be tired, but very happy. And best of all, they will have made new BFFFs (Best Furry Friends Forever)!<\/p>\n

Dogtopia of Warwick\u2019s dog care professionals will take every step to ensure that your dog is happy, healthy and comfortable during their stay. Feel free to bring your dog\u2019s bedding to make them feel at home. You can also bring in their regular food, as maintaining their regular diet is important for their overall health and comfort.<\/p>\n

WEBCAM ACCESS<\/h4>\n

When you\u2019re out of town, we know you will want to check in and see how you\u2019re dog is doing \u2013 that\u2019s why we offer live webcam access so you can check in on your dog during the day using a desktop or by downloading our mobile app, available on both Apple and Android devices.<\/p>\n

MEDICAL POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The health, safety and wellness of your dog is our number one priority. If your dog is in need of medication during their stay with us you must provide the medication in it\u2019s original packaging. All medication administration directions need to be given to our front desk staff, this may take a few moments, please prepare to have some time set aside for this process. We are not able to provide injectable medications. Please contact us directly with any medication questions.<\/p>\n

Daycare\/Boarding after Spay or Neuter Surgery<\/strong><\/h4>\n

While a pup is still recovering from surgery, they should not be engaging in activity that is too strenuous. There are internal sutures for both males and females that could be pulled or injured in a way that could complicate their healing and cause serious damage. We don\u2019t allow cones in the playroom.\u00a0All pups should stay out of daycare and boarding for 14 days post-surgery. Females undergo a more invasive surgery and usually have a longer incision. It is imperative the incision site look clean and have no swelling, redness or discharge \u2013 if any of these are present, please keep your dog home and contact your vet.<\/p>\n

SUPERVISED SAFETY<\/h4>\n

Boarding is reserved for daycare members only.<\/strong> Dogs who attend regular daycare are far more comfortable and less nervous during an overnight stay that dogs who only visit us a few times a year.\u00a0<\/span>Book a Meet and Greet<\/span><\/a> <\/span>now so our caring team can determine if they are the right fit for our open-play, off-leash environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All dogs that stay with us must be up to date on vaccinations and be free of fleas, ticks and any contagious diseases. If you have a puppy, your puppy must be at least three months old and current on required vaccinations. We require that all dogs seven months and older are spayed or neutered \u2013 please see above medical policy.<\/p>\n

SPA SERVICES<\/h4>\n

When your dog is staying with us, why not pamper them? We offer spa packages that can be incorporated into your dog\u2019s boarding stay. Your pampered pup will be clean, clipped and groomed when you pick them up. You can also book separate spa appointments.<\/p>\n

Beyond baths, we also offer treatments such as teeth brushing, nail trimming and ear cleaning. Your dog will be both relaxed and clean after their boarding stay.<\/p>\n
