When at a dog park, we normally assume\u00a0that all the pet parents care about the well-being of their pets\u00a0as much as we do, we assume they keep up with vaccines, neutering or spaying, provide proper training and socialization to their pets, or regularly visit the veterinary to make sure their dogs are healthy and don’t\u00a0have any diseases, but there is no certain way to ensure this.
