Very convenient and friendly staff

Staff is very friendly to both owners and their pets. I love the ability to check on my dog via video camera.

The friendly staff and the attention to every detail. I felt very comfortable leaving Rikar with this team. I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the easy online booking, access to grooming, the convenient payment plans…the list goes on! Kudos to you all!

Staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the dogs. The facility was clean and my dog had a wonderful time at his meet and greet. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him there.

I love the open play concept, where crates are not a punishment, but rather a safe place to calm down. I love the staff! They are friendly and energetic and clearly love what they do. I enjoy the social media posts and can’t wait to see our pup make her appearance. The Webcam access is my favourite! I know my girl is loved, cared for, respected, and have the absolute best day ever!

How it is a controlled environment for the dogs and not a free for all unmonitored daycare. They show that they care about your dog
