I love everything about Dogtopia Northwest Edmonton. You take such good care of my pup and are so kind and wonderful to me.
You can tell your staff are well trained, extremely professional, proud of their work, service oriented, and dog first.
Management and staff are always professional, kind, welcoming and smiles.
They take such great care of the dogs and our pup Marley just loves it there, as soon as she realizes where she is going she starts to do a tap dance in the car.
She is happy, content and tired when she comes home from daycare.
The staff are so friendly and truly make me feel like they love my dog as much as I do! I was hesitant at first because of the lack of outdoor space, but it’s nice that there is an option to have your dog be taken out for a walk. Their social media presence always makes me laugh and they have many fun activities for the dogs or their owners to take part in. Also very nice to have the camera system and a well functioning app to be able to check in and easily book appointments. I’ve had great experiences with boarding and grooming too.
We apprecaite the personable staff, flexibility in dropoff and pickup times, and the camera access to check in occasionally through the day. Thanks everyone!
Everyone is so welcoming and are so good with sage. I love watching the camera and watching her play woth all the other pups! She burns off a bunch of energy all while socializing and When i pick her up shes ready for a good nap. I also appreciate that you guys introduce/desensitize her to the crate and leash. We are still working on her leash reactivity so this will help in the long run! Thank you!
All the staff love the dogs and like spending time with them. I appreciate that they get to know the dogs and their likes and dislikes. The report cards and photos are such a nice touch
