New facility is very nice as are the staff. We were impressed with the owners decision to place the emphasis on the dogs needs, health and happiness. All the staff have made an effort at ensuring I hear about my dog’s day.
We weren’t sure if or dog really like going to daycare, whether she played or was just overwhelmed by all the activity. I have noticed a happier excited dog when she has been to Dogtopia Northwest Edmonton. From the dogcam I can see she is having a great time!

Everyone is so friendly and my dog seemed to be really happy there.

My pup Nova has been going to Daycare since she was a baby. She is very anxious and nervous. Moving her to Dogtopia was a decision based on my new office and availability to get there easy. I was worried cause she didn’t seem to want to go BUT it only took 3 days and she’s back to herself. She is living her best life and I can watch the cameras and be a helicopter mom from my desk. lol. Thank you Dogtopia for keeping Nova safe!

Everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. The new facilities are nice and provide a safe environment. Having access to the webcam provides peace of mind to Doggy parents.

The front desk staff at the new NW location are friendly, drop off and pick up are easy and usually quick.

The team at Dogtopia NW have exhibited patience, care, and passion towards all of the dogs in their care and have calmed my nerves about sending my dog to daycare. They are communicative about how my dog is doing every time I pick her up, and I love getting the report cards!
