The Albuquerque West facility is always clean, doesn’t smell of odors, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog is taking her time to get comfortable with day care there, and the staff in the Toy Box has been patient and kind. The process for signing up initially and then scheduling appointments through the app is smooth and easy. Themed days, a positive environment, and engagement with fur babies’ owners is also very appealing.
