Jim and Julie Perkins are the proud new owners of Dogtopia of Anaheim Hills, and—like so many of our pet parents—they consider dogs part of the family. Married for nearly 15 years and parents to two sons, Jim and Julie bring a deep love for pups, strong family values, and a shared commitment to creating a place where dogs can thrive and pet parents feel at home.

Southern California is in Jim’s DNA—he grew up here and has spent 15+ years serving the community in law enforcement. That experience shaped his approach to safety, reliability, and care—values that guide everything we do at Dogtopia. Julie grew up in Northern California and brings a welcoming spirit, an eye for detail, and a passion for building community. Together, they’re dedicated to providing a safe, happy, and fun environment where every dog is treated with the same love and attention they’d give their own.

At home, Jim and Julie’s pack includes Aspen and Brinkley—both beloved rescues who remind them every day how transformative compassion and consistent care can be. Their family-first philosophy is at the heart of Dogtopia of Anaheim Hills: from supervised play in our clean, comfortable playrooms to spa services that keep tails wagging, the goal is simple—deliver exceptional care, joyful play, and genuine connection.
