It was so nice of Yecenia and Eddy to text us updates about how our doggie was doing when we couldn’t get the app to work. Though we couldn’t watch the live videos without the app, they sent updates and photos showing our dog having a good time and making friends. We were put at ease.
Staff were very professionals

LOVE this Dogtopia in Arlington. The staff here are all wonderful and friendly, and the love my pup and always glad to see him.
He didn’t show up one week and they even called me to check to see how he was doing, that’s above and beyond!
Also, the access to Shirlington dog park is great. Sometimes when I pick him up I just take him for a romp there (but park away from Dogtopia parking).
