My dog LOVES it!! Wags her little tail from the moment i put her backpack on. Shakes with excitement the whole ride to dogtopia and then drags me out of my car by of the leash and sprints to the dogtopia door and races to the back as soon as they are ready for her!
Drop off and pick up is very efficient, my dog has the best days, having the staff know all the dogs and which dog belongs to who provides a level of personal service that is exceptional. We love Dogtopia BR!
All the employees seem very friendly. Rudy loves to go there.
convenient location and because of the camera access, I know that my dogs are getting attention while playing. I enjoy watching interactions and the staff is extremely friendly
The workers are very polite and friendly. They take good care of my dogs whenever I leave her there. I left my dog with them for a few days while I was out of town on vacation and they took good care of her. I can also watch my dog on the webcam which is a plus.
My dog seems to be happy there.
The staff was very professional and hospitable. I visited 3 different similar businesses and the folks at Dogtopia were far and away the ones who made me the most comfortable. It’s also easy and close to my house!
Cowboy and Rooster spend at least one day a week at the Baton Rouge Dogtopia. Playtime is great for both of them but the staff also respects Rooster’s need for rest and relaxation. Additionally, the staff provides correction with time outs and continued socialization skills. We love Dogtopia and the great staff who cares for our canines!
