Meet the Team
Sarah Archer, General Manager
Sarah is happy to serve as your Dogtopia of Bearden General Manger! She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2017 with a B.S. in Animal Science. Since then Sarah has worked in the animal industry, specifically managing a chicken hatchery. Sarah joined the Dogtopia of Bearden team well before opening in August of 2022. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, baby, and pets! Sarah has a 5 year old Rottweiler, but her favorite breed is the Bernese Mountain Dog.
Katelyn Emerson, Parent Relationship Manager
Katelyn is excited to serve as the Parent Relationship Manager for Dogtopia of Bearden and Farragut! Since graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts, she has been a valued part of Jeremiah and Amanda Webb’s team. Katelyn is passionate about building strong relationships with pet parents and ensuring every pup has a safe, happy, and enriching experience. Outside of Dogtopia, she enjoys spending time with her Catahoula, Millie, and cheering on the Vols in every sport. Her favorite breed is the German Shorthaired Pointer.
Caitlin Rusinek, Canine Coach Trainer
Caitlin serves as a Canine Coach Trainer at Dogtopia of Bearden! She has a strong passion for working with dogs and loves creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every pup in her care. Caitlin joined the Dogtopia team in 2025 and has enjoyed being part of such a positive and energetic atmosphere. Outside of Dogtopia, she enjoys hiking, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing with her Pit Bull mix, Lavender.
Zoey Curtis, Rover
Zoey is a Canine Coach and Rover here at Dogtopia! She loves working with both the dogs and their parents, building relationships and creating a positive experience for everyone. Zoey joined the team in September 2024 and hopes to pursue a career in veterinary medicine after graduating college. She has a 3-year-old Lab of her own who loves Dogtopia just as much as she does! In her free time, Zoey enjoys spending time with friends and family.
