I think you make effort to protect dogs. Ex: I was called letting me know Fred’s bordatella was expired and he could not go into the dog room They placed in a crate and isolated. I really appreciated knowing they are keeping on this.
I was able to get him at lunch and have him vaccinated and return him.

The staff is always nice and Fred is always excited to go inside

I like the videos but I do wish you would add a second camera in the big dog room because you really can not see the back of the room

We love dropping off Chester especially knowing that he is being well cared for! He enjoys all the extra treats and snacks that are healthy and freshly prepared for him and his friends.

I love the app. I love the flexibility and options y’all offer. I love that I can send him any time, and he can get his spa services while he is there. I love the prices. I love the staff. I love how sweet they are to my dog. I know he is very high maintenance when he is there, but he never hesitates to go, and he isn’t an emotional wreck when he gets home. This shows how kind and patient and professional everyone is to him. I recommend y’all to everyone, and I am so so grateful to have y’all. I would die without Dogtopia!!
