Great staff, great services available, and my dog loves being at Daycare so much! Only complaint I could have is that the lobby smells like dog urine sometimes when I come in for pickup. But my dog usually smells okay (given that he just played with other dogs all day) and he’s happy as a clam!

My dog loves daycare and the staff are very kind to the animals. I think the billing practices could be improved. There is often confusion among the staff as to billing, and if a bill is wrong, the policy is they do not refund they give a credit which I think is wrong. I also think there should be a window for pickup on the last day of boarding where you do not get charged for a dull day of boarding if you pick up your dog early enough. I have never boarded my dog somewhere and had to pay for a full boarding day on pick up until coming to dogtopia.

The staff were super friendly and very professional. I was traveling in the Canton area and needed a place to doggie day care my 4 yr old Goldendoodle. Highly recommend this location of Dogtopia!

Very happy with bathing. We have 3 dogs, 2 of them had toenails cut and were ok, the third one bled all the way home and for about an hour until I got it stopped. His back toenails were cut way to short.

Frendly and safe for my animals when on vacation or out of town.

That the employees made our dog feeling comfortable we knew he was in good hands!

I absolutely love how each of the employees greets my dog with genuine enthusiasm each time I bring her in!
