Our dog has been there multiple times before. It has been a while, we wanted to book him for an overnight stay. The person on the phone said he would need a new eval to see how he does. We were ok with that. So we brought him and left him for the afternoon. I was quite SURPRISED when we were then charged for the visit! He was only there because your staff requested it. We did not bring him for our benefit or for him that day.

How well treated my dog is taken care of and how he gets to spend the day/day’s exercising and interacting with other dogs. The cameras to check in on your dog are a plus.
