Our dog has been there multiple times before. It has been a while, we wanted to book him for an overnight stay. The person on the phone said he would need a new eval to see how he does. We were ok with that. So we brought him and left him for the afternoon. I was quite SURPRISED when we were then charged for the visit! He was only there because your staff requested it. We did not bring him for our benefit or for him that day.
The staff is very friendly, and seems to really enjoy the dogs.
My dogs love it there. Everyone is friendly and I hear about what has happened during their day. Having services available is also important.
