Friendly and knowledgable staff. Facilities appear to be very clean, organized, and well managed.
My only request would be to have an additional camera at a different end of the room so we can see the pups at all times, as well as the ability to roll over 2 credits per month if we are weekly members.
Other than that, Sam has enjoyed his 1st week!!

The trained resources in each room – engaging the dogs in activities and ensuring time outs when required. Webcams are great. Attention to detail to ensure the dogs are comformtable (calling to pick up dog if sick). The crates in room so dogs can chill out if needed. Fully enclosed rooms. Great staff.
Great hours and very friendly staff. They truly love my animals, and work hard to make sure they have a great time.
My huge German Shepherd is so happy he has new dog friends to play with. When people see his size they feel he’s too big to play with their dogs. I wanted him to be more social and get along with other dogs. We have been to Dogtopia a few times, and the staff tell me how much fun my dog has at day care. He has his new dog friends, and he loves his time at Dogtopia. The staff are so kind, and Duke loves all of them.
The staff work hard to get to know the dogs and their personalities. You’re always greeted warmly in the lobby. There appears to be a sense of excitement and happiness from all the attending dogs. There’s always homemade baked treats for the pups. I received a wonderful picture the first day of daycare and a report card our second day. Staff are easy to talk to and smiling. Staff are happy to be with the dogs and are always petting them and talking to them. They are fast to check you in for the day. They are attentive. I feel they are working hard to launch their new franchise.
