Friendly people and great hours
I can never view the web cams.. and to fix the problem, the staff tells me to download the latest version of the app . It doesn’t help..

Have no idea which, if any, of the staff that I’ve met would fit this category, WHICH IS AS IT SHOULD BE: each one focuses on my dog in a cheerful and welcoming way. That is most of what counts. [The other part that counts: my dog is kept safe. As a bonus, he gets extra stimulation.]
