The convenience and the fact my dog looks forward to going there every morning. Also, the staff, except that it’s troubling that there is so much turnover. Just when you build a rapport with a member of the staff, they’re gone.

I am very pleased with the quality of care that the Dogtopia of Boca offers. They listen, provide feedback and offer suggestions as needed. I was even able to watch my puppy via webcam throughout her daycare stay. The care givers in the rooms with the puppies are affectionate and give attention to each dog, that’s says and means a lot

Bristol was fantastic!!!! She made me feel so comfortable and that I could trust her with my dogs. Zorro and Zeus are 2 mutt rescues just over a year old. It was a tough first year but they have developed into fabulous members of the family, and are much loved. This was the first time we had boarded them, although they had been to the dog park quite often and love all other dogs, so we felt they would do great.
I like all of the staff I had the pleasure meeting. The ease of drop off and picking up. The fact that they are out of the kennels and with their friends much of the day. The outside yard so they get some fresh air during the day. The cameras letting me watch them interact!
Basically I like everything!

Dogtopia is one of the best places I could have discovered. My dog is a huge energy machine and they take care of him so well. I am always impressed by their staff, facilities, and account management system. I have been a member at both the Broward and Palm Beach County locations and both have been phenomenal. Shout out, especially to: Carmen, Sunny, last but certainly not least Bristol. Love you all!!
