It’s a great place and my dog loves it
The staff turnover is not good. The inconsistency is not good for the dogs and their owners. The staff that do “fit the bill” and are great do not stay. Also, it would be great if the cameras in the different rooms/areas remain on all the time.
Don’t ask me – ask Fenway and Hondo. They jump out of the car and run to the front door. What else could make me happy. They are loved and very well taken care of. Great staff!
